Robert Todd "Bobby" Schilling (born January 23, 1964) is a former U.S. Representative for , serving from 2011 to 2013. Schilling is a member of the Republican Party. Schilling challenged incumbent Democrat Phil Hare in the 2010 election and defeated him by ten points. In the 2012 election, he was defeated by Democrat Cheri Bustos.
